Please note that all prices given above are approximate and the final cost will be figured out when the client give thorough information about the size of the property. Our company reserves the rights to change the initial quote, if customer information about the size of the property is different from the actual. Our cleaning company does not apply any additional charges.

The client can cancel a booking by given us at least 24hours notice. If the client paid for the service in advance, he/she are entitled on full refund on the amount he/she paid, if our company fail to provide the service. In case of complaints, we expecting our clients to email us within 24hours the disputed areas. All complaints should be brought to us in writing. If you book any of our services you are bonded to our terms & conditions.
